The structure, in the middle of a huge property of greens hills and secular trees, is inhabited by tale animals: roes, fallow deers, hares but also squirrels and wild boars and in sky it is not rare to admire hawks, larks and robins. The structure has formed by 5 apartments, each of one is independent and obtained from the old house of the ' 700 and in the ancient frantoio of the olives, property of the Ulivi Family. The realization of the apartments is fruit of "a careful" restructure aimed to the maintenance of the original design and materials. The apartments have independent entrances and are equipped with all the conforts: the kitchens have the oven and the dish machine, the baths have the shower, the whirlpool baths also for foot massage and finally the fire place that will cheer your stay in the cold season. The furnishing is in the "Tuscany" typical style. The estate (about 35 Hectares) is surrounded by more than 1.000 olive trees, with their strong silver tops, and exposed to the sun there is a wide vineyard, that still nowadays shows its vitality. All around there are wide and green English style gardens, flowers, fruit trees and centuries-old cypresses, where it is located the sqimming pool. Moreover, as in cyclopic embrace there is the wood with its colours. its fragrances, its fruits, its animals, its lights and shades. In this environment where nature is dominant, you will find a new dimension, peace, relax and privacy.
