LOCATION Colifata B&B is located in the peaceful and friendly village of San Massimo, just a few miles from Verona city centre and only 5 minutes’ drive from the Verona Nord exit (off the A4 highway) and Verona Airport (‘Valerio Catullo’). It is also in a convenient location with easy access to the Verona Exhibition Fair (‘Fiera’), the Verona main railway station (‘Verona Porta Nuova’) and a short distance from Lake Garda and the lovely surrounding Morenic Hills. You can easily reach Verona historic city centre either by car, public transport (buses no.13 daytime Mondays to Saturdays/ no. 90 night time, Sundays and Public Holidays) or by bike (if you wish, you can take advantage of our free bike facilities - it only takes 15 minutes’ ride to get to the centre of town!). The village of San Massimo has a a local post office, a variety of bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries nearby and lovely eating places only a short walk from the B&B. DESCRIPTION Colifata B&B is a family run establishment where you will enjoy a personal, warm welcome with all the comforts of home. Emanuela and Roberto, your friendly hosts, will offer a high standard of accommodation in an easy, informal atmosphere. Our guests staying at the B&B will enjoy pampering and a personalised service in a newly refurbished and welcoming home. Visitors will appreciate having a relaxing break in a homely environment with all the amenities of a good hotel. As your hosts, we will provide you with plenty of ‘cuddling’ – we will recommend local attractions and events, help you with dinner suggestions and reservations or just enjoy spending time with you, if you wish. HOUSE AND ROOM FACILITIES Colifata B&B is a delightful terraced house, with lovely front and back gardens. We also offer our guests the chance to sample the organically grown produce from our vegetable patch during the spring and summer seasons. There are three en-suite bedrooms: all double bedrooms have large queen-size beds and are on different floors to guarantee our guests maximum privacy and rest. All rooms are well furnished, with comfortable seating and revolving ceiling fans, colour TV, plus plenty of bathroom accessories. All en-suite bathrooms have been recently built or upgraded, and are equipped with fresh towels, paper tissues and hairdryers. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen/dining area - where your breakfast buffet is available in the morning - which is perfect for relaxing in at any time. In the corridor nearby, we offer a ‘guests’ library’ where you will find parlour games, books, magazines, maps and tourist information to look through. You will have full access to the cooking facilities in the self-catering kitchen area, where you will be able to cook your own home style dishes.
