The house overlooks a park with swimming pool and other free-time facilities, as alfresco dining and barbecuing courtyards, children’s playground; it has a big private parking area and is accessible to disabled people. Small pets are allowed. “La Pergola” has a reception hall at its guests’ disposal in the common area with a fireplace, armchairs for relaxing, reading area, satellite TV and a shared laundry room.
The 4 flats of La Pergola - of different measurements - were built in full respect of the formal and typological elements of the Umbrian tradition; they are all well-lit, panoramic, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts (cooking area with fridge, independent central heating, air conditioning, colour TV and internal telephone). Two of them are two-roomed and provided to accommodate disabled people. Each flat is named after a flower of our countryside (Malva: mallow; Menta: mint; Ginestra: broom; Narciso: narcissus), whose colours live in the walls with a beneficial peaceful effect.
