Our farm is in Calabria on the hill to the back of Praia a Mare. We mainly cultivate the olive tree and the vines, but the presence of numerous trees of figs, mulberries, jujubes and blackberries will make you discover forgotten colours and savours. A great area, of about six hectares, it is a wood/park with pines,oaks and cypresses and some spectacul secular olives. At the borders of the wood, on the highest and the most spectacular place, we have recently renovated three ancient rural buildings obtaining out of them some flats with every comfort and the refreshment-room for the hosts of our farm holidays. Immersed in the wood, the little houses all have a wonderfull view on the Gulf of Policastro. Ideal place for yoursummer holidays (isle of "Dino" and beach facilities to 3Km.), our farm holidays can be the base point of departure for more exacting excursions ( Park of Pollino, Park of Cilento, Forest of Orsomarso, Lao Valley) or cultural excursions (Cave of Romito, Necropolis of Blanda,Sanctuary of " Madonna of the Cave", Aieta, the ancient Tortora, Charterhouse of Padula). All the flats are on the ground floor with kitchenette ( fridge and kitchenware), private bathroom, private car parking, colour TV, a safe and they are available in two typologies: two-roomed flats: living room with a double divan bed and a double room; three-roomed flats: living room with a double divan bed, a little room with a bunk bed, a double room. In our farm it is possible to practise archery or to rent some mountain bikes, as well as birdwatching and walks into the wood; in the immediate vicinity tennis, manège, diving, rafting in the river Lao, excursions in motorboat along the coast and in the sea on little fishing boats.
