Please advise us about your arrival time. So our staff can manage arrivals and avoid to wait!! If you are late or in case of not arrival please call the telephone number provided at time of booking or we cannot guaranty your booking, respect for respect.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Payment: Cash only, on arrival.

- a valid ID (EU-countries) or a valid Passport is required at check-in
- The age restriction applies for people under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent or a legal tutor and for people over the age of 50.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Payment is due upon arrival. If a reservation is cancelled by email or fax with less than 80 hours notice prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's stay.

Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted. We are unable to send fax or letters for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.
