Our beautiful VILLA FLORENCIA is placed in Fondi ,halfway between Sperlonga and Terracina. The villa has been built on 1986 and lays on a lakeside in a peaceful and green area. The seaside is only 5 miles away and it is close to the main towns and places of interests in Lazio. The villa has two separate entrances and central heating. The sitting room has a fireplace and it is wonderfully furnished, with expansive paintings, posters and batiques at the walls. Trinkets, ceramics and ornamentations come from all around the world and everything has been placed with attention to the contest. The main bedroom is wide and nicely furnished with colourful ethnic influences, a window that overlooks the garden, a mirror, stereo and of course a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is very large with a double bed and the third room is a single one, but the bed is very large and can easily accommodate 2 children and in the living room there is a double bed davenport. The two bathrooms are newly restored and the big kitchen is provided of washing machine, fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven, microwave and grill. The villa has a patio with tables, chairs and armchairs to relax. The real joy in sunny days is the garden, perfect spot for a glass of wine in the afternoon looking at flowers and threes. The gazebo is near the bricks & tiles external oven, where we enjoy cooking pizza and grilled food. Our place is comfortable, ideal to relax and to make excursions to explore the archaeological surrounding area.
