Calennemaju and festival of the Concerned ones Paganico Sabino, Rieti 1 May 2007 To Paganico Sabino the day of 1° May 2007 millenarian of the Calennemaju opens itself with the ritual in order to know the future, being dipped three walnuts sbucciate in a wine glass and pronouncing one rituale phrase. The festivity will continue with the distribution of the Concerned ones, the ancient one zuppa of legumi and cereals aromatized with thymus and oil to raw. They will not lack bruschette, salsicce and wine.
